Limited Liability Company “Arzamas production corporation “Avtoprovod” is organized in 1957. The corporation has now 3 production units in the cities of Arzamas, Lyskovo and Bogorodsk and more than 1000 employees. The enterprise specializes in production of wiring harnesses since 1961, and now it is one of the largest manufacturers of wiring harnesses in Russia.
Today our enterprise manufactures wiring harnesses for personal cars, commercial vehicles and buses, military, road-building, agricultural and other special vehicles. These are wiring harnesses for engine control and antiblocking systems, dashboard and engine compartment, climatic and heating systems, lighting and additional equipment, airbags and steering wheel, starter-battery group, frame, doors and other automobile systems. It is possible to manufacture any complexity wiring harnesses at the company’s production areas.
Clients of our company are large vehicle assembly plants and automotive components manufacturers such as:
“Automobile plant "GAZ", “Pavlovo bus plant”, “Likino bus plant”, “Arzamas machinery plant”, Zavolzhsky crawler vehicle plant”, “Zavolzhsky motor plant”, “Joyson Safety Systems Rus” and many others.
Wiring harnesses manufacturing is based on unitary technology which purpose is only high quality of production. Company’s Quality Management System is certificated on conformity to requirements of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
The quality of our wiring harnesses is guaranteed by high qualification of personnel, application of the modern equipment of known firms: «Komax», «Kodera» «Strunk», «Schleuniger», «Raychem», «Mecal», «Branson» from Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Italy and USA and using components of leading Global and Russian manufacturers such as “Tyco”, “Molex”, “Bosch”, “Sumitomo”, “Delphi”, “Schlemmer” and others. The company also has two laboratories that allow conducting all necessary testing of wiring harnesses directly at the Enterprise.
Production capabilities of “Arzamas PC “Avtoprovod” allow producing wiring harnesses, which are meeting all the requirements of automotive market and customers. This capability, in conjunction with advantageous geographical location of our enterprise, availability of own delivery transport and individual approach to each client, allow to promptly responding to all customer’s requests
